With our many years of experience in industrial plant construction, and the realisation of numerous recycling plants, we don’t just provide technical support to our customers. Our process specialists also analyse existing plants and plan future processes. Substantial value-added potential can often be easily tapped by adapting existing machines, systems and established processes, or by combining them with new equipment. UMS always follows a systemic approach and, when analysing existing systems, also takes into account the qualification and motivation of the employees, the internal and external value of the inventory process and the sustainability of processes and plants with regard to a changing regulatory and macroeconomic landscape. CORE Consulting activities range from pure concept design and supervising implementation, to managing approval processes and providing advisory support during commissioning.
Integrating new machines and systems in existing systems often requires individualised technical solutions in mechanics, electrics and/or control technology. UMS offers these modifications as a service in addition to, or separately from, the machines we supply. Our engineers cover the entire range of services: from completely re-planning and adapting systems to existing buildings, to the simple optimisation of existing systems.
CORE After Sales
UMS not only supplies its customers with parts for CORE machines and CORE systems, but also offers this service for third party machines and external systems. We see ourselves as partners to our customers along the entire value chain of the recycling process. We consider it short-sighted to limit the high level of service and secure parts supply to our own portfolio - even beyond the warranty period - because supporting our customers and partners is a matter of course for us. We offer this service worldwide, and guarantee that parts will reach their destination quickly and reliably.
